εἶτα κἂν τῷ ὄντι συναναιρεῖν δοκῶμεν τὸ κριτήριον, δυνάμεθα εἰς τοῦτο οὐχ ὧς κριτηρίῳ χρῆσθαι τῇ προχείρῳ φαντασίᾳ, καθ’ ἣν τοὺς προσπίπτοντας ἡμῖν πιθανοὺς λόγους τιθέντες εἰς τὸ μηδὲν εἶναι κριτήριον ἐκτιθέμεθα μέν, οὐ μετὰ συγκαταθέσεως δὲ τοῦτο ποιοῦμεν διὰ τὸ καὶ τοὺς ἀντικειμένους λόγους ἐπ’ ἴσης εἶναι πιθανούς.
