καθόλου δὲ τῆς ῥητορι- κῆς ἐξ ἐναντίων συνισταμένης λόγων οὐκ ἐνδέχεται τὸν μὲν ἀστεῖον λέγειν ῥήτορα, τὸν δέ μὴ τοιοῦτον οὐκέτι. ὁποῖος γὰρ ἄν ᾖ ὁ ῥήτωρ, πάντως τοὺς ἐναντίους ἐκ- μελετᾶν ὀφείλει λόγους, ἐν δὲ τοῖς ἐναντίοις ἔστι καὶ τὸ ἄδικον πᾶς ἄρα ῥήτωρ καὶ τοῦ ἀδίκου συναγωνιστὴς ὢν ἄδικός ἐστιν.
