ἄλλως τε καὶ ἄτοπός ἐστιν ἑκτῶν μᾶλλον ζητουμένων τὰ ἦττον ζητούμενα δεικνύναι πειρώμενος. ἡμῶν γὰρ σκεπτομένων περὶ τῆς τῶν φαινομένων πίστεως, αὐτὸς τὴν περὶ τῶν εἰδώλων τερατολογουμένην καὶ μυθώδη δόξαν ἐπεισάγει.
