ὅν πάλιν μὴ δυνάμενοι ὡρισμένως καὶ ἀκριβῶς σταθμήσασθαι οἱ Χαλδαῖοι ἐκπε- σοῦνται τοῦ δεόντως τὴν τῆς ἀποτέξεως ὥραν ὁρίζειν. Ὅτι μὲν οὖν τὸ ὅσον ἐπὶ τοῖς τῆς ἀποτέξεως χρόνοις ἐπαγγέλλονται μὲν τὸν ὡροσκόπον γινώσκειν Χαλδαῖοι, οὐκ ἴσασι δέ,
