11. Θέντεϲ τὴν ἀρχὴν κατὰ τοῦ ὑψώματοϲ τῆϲ ῥινόϲ, ὥϲτε ἀπο- κρέμαϲθαι, ἄγομεν τὴν ἐπείληϲιν εὐθεῖαν κατὰ βρέγματοϲ ἐπὶ ἰνίον, ἐγκύκλιον δὲ ἐπὶ λοβοὺϲ ὤτων κατὰ ϲφαιρίον ἄχρι ἰνίου· εἶτα ἀνα- διπλώϲαντεϲ τὴν ἀποκρεμαμένην κατὰ βρέγματοϲ εὐθεῖαν ἄχρι ἰνίου καταλαμβανόμεθα, ἵνα ἁρμόϲῃ ἐφ᾿ ὧν τὸ ὕψωμα τῆϲ ῥινὸϲ ἐπιδέϲεωϲ χρῆζει. ῥίν.
