59. θέντεϲ τὴν ἀρχὴν κατὰ ϲφυρὸν ἀγομεν τὴν ἐπείληϲιν λοξὴν κατὰ ϲφυροῦ· εἶθ’ ὑπάγοντεϲ τῷ κοίλῳ τοῦ ποδόϲ, ἀντίθετον μὲν λοξὴν κατὰ ϲφυροῦ, ἐγκύκλιον δὲ κατὰ κνήμηϲ, ἵνα ἁρμόϲῃ ἐφ’ ὧν ϲφυρὸν ἐπιδέϲεωϲ δεῖται. κρηπἰc. (tab XV 59, XVII 59a)
