Μετὰ δὲ τὴν περὶ Κιβάλας μάχην Δαρδάνιοί τε καὶ Μακεδόνες, καὶ ὅσοι παρὰ τὸν Ἴστρον οἰκοῦσιν, ἥ τε καλουμένη Ἑλλὰς, καὶ πᾶν τὸ Ἰλλυριῶν ἔθνος, ὑπὸ Κωνσταντῖνον ἐγένοντο.
