Ἐγὼ Οὐρσάκιος τῇ ὁμολογίᾳ μου ταύτῃ παρὼν ὑπέγραψα. Ὡσαύτως δὲ καὶ Οὐάλης. Καὶ ἃ μὲν πρὸς Ἰούλιον ὡμολόγησαν, ταῦτά ἐστιν. Ἃ δὲ καὶ πρὸς Ἀθανάσιον ἔγραψαν, ἀναγκαίως παραθήσομαι. Ἔχει δὲ ὧδε.
