ἀλλὰ τῶν θείων οὔτοι νόμων καταφρονήσαντες ἀμάρτυρον κατ’ ἀνδρὸς τοσούτου κατηγορίαν ἐδέξαντο. ἐπειδὴ δὲ οἷς εἶπεν ἐκείνη τὸν ὅρκον προστέθεικε, βοῶσα ἠ’ μὴν Εὐσταθίου τὸ βρέφος εἶναι, ὡς κατὰ μοιχοῦ λοιπὸν οἱ φιλαλήθεις τὴν ψῆφον ἐξήνεγκαν.
