»Κωνστάντιος Νικήτης Αὔγουστος Ἀθανασίῳ. >Εἰ καὶ τὰ μάλιστα διὰ προτέρων γραμμάτων ἐδηλώσαμεν >ἀμερίμνως εἰς τὸ ἡμέτερον κομιτάτον παραγένῃ διὰ τὸ >βούλεσθαι ἡμᾶς ἀποστεῖλαί σε εἰς τὰ ἴδια ὅμως καὶ νῦν ταῦτα >γράμματα πρὸς τὴν σὴν στερρότητα δεδώκαμεν· δι΄ ὣν καὶ >τρεπόμεθα χωρίς τινος ἀπιστίας καὶ φόβου ἐπιβῆναί σε >όχήμασι καὶ σπουδάσαι πρὸς ἡμᾶς, ἵνα ἱν ἐπιθυμεῖς >δυνηδῇς.«
