Πιστεύομεν τὴν ἁγίαν πίστιν ἡμῶν ἐν τῇ διδασκαλίᾳ τῶν ἀπο- >στόλων θεμελιωθεῖσαν ταύτην ὑμᾶς κατέχειν καὶ ταύτην τῷ λαῷ >ὑφηγεῖσθαι, ἥτις ἀπὸ τῶν ὁρισθέντων παρὰ τῶν πατέρων. οὐδενὶ >λόγῳ διαφωνεῖ. θεοῦ ἱερεῖς, ὑφ᾿ ὧν δίκαιόν ἐστι τοὺς λοιποὺς παι- >δεύεσθαι.
