Ἵνα ἀκέραιον διαφυλαχθῇ τοῦ Ἰούδα τὸ σπέρμα, δι' οὗ τὴν εὐλογίαν τοῖς ἔθνεσιν ὁ Θεὸς ἐπηγγείλατο. ἐκοινώνησαν μέντοι ἀλλήλαις ἡ βασιλικὴ καὶ ἡ ἱερατικὴ φυλή· ἐπειδὴ καὶ ἀρχιερεὺς κατὰ τὸ ἀνθρώπινον, καὶ βασιλεὺς ὁ δεσπότης Χριστός.
