Fr. 98 Θ. ἐν τοῖς περὶ νόμων φησὶ δυοῖν τούτων ἐπιμελεἶσθαι δεῖν τοὺς ἀγορανόμους τῆς τε ἐν τῇ ἀγορᾶ εὐκοσμίας καὶ τοῦ ἀψευδεῖν μὴ μόνον τοὺς πιπράσκοντας ἀλλὰ καὶ τοὺς ὠνουμένους. (Suid. et Harpocrat. sub vv. κατὰ τὴν ἀγοράν.)
