Μῦθος δὲ καὶ τὸ ὑπὸ Τιμαγένους λεχθὲν, ὡς ὅτε χαλκὸς ὕοιτο σταλαγμοῖς χαλκοῖς, καὶ σύροιτο. Ἐγγυτέρω δὲ πίστεώς φησιν ὁ Μεγασθένης (fr. 11).
