τίνι οὖν, ἔφη, τοιούτῳ φίλους ἂν ἐγὼ θηρῴην; ἐὰν νὴ Δίʼ, ἔφη, ἀντὶ κυνὸς κτήσῃ, ὅστις σοι ἰχνεύων μὲν τοὺς φιλοκάλους καὶ πλουσίους εὑρήσει, εὑρὼν δὲ μηχανήσεται ὅπως ἐμβάλῃ αὐτοὺς εἰς τὰ σὰ δίκτυα.
