Χρυσάντας μὲν δὴ οὕτως εἶπεν. ἀνέστη δʼ ἐπʼ αὐτῷ Φεραύλας Πέρσης τῶν δημοτῶν, Κύρῳ πως ἔτι οἴκοθεν συνήθης καὶ ἀρεστὸς ἀνήρ, καὶ τὸ σῶμα καὶ τὴν ψυχὴν οὐκ ἀγεννεῖ ἀνδρὶ ἐοικώς, καὶ ἔλεξε τοιάδε.
