εὑρὼν δὲ τοὺς πολλοὺς τὴν πόλιν ἀπολιπόντας δέει τοῦ μὴ κακοῦ τινὸς ὡς τὰ Ζηνοβίας φρονήσαντας πειραθῆναι, προγράμματα πανταχοῦ πέμψας τοὺς πεφευγότας ἐκάλει, τῷ ἀκουσίῳ καὶ ἀναγκαστῷ πλέον ἢ προαιρέσει τὰ συμβάντα ἀνατιθείς.
