καὶ ἵνα εἰς ἔργον ἀχθείη τὰ κατ̓ αὐτῶν βουλευόμενα, πρότερον ἀπετίθετο Τατιανὸς τὴν ἀρχὴν καὶ ἤγετο εἰς κρίσιν, ὑπάρχου τῆς αὐλῆς ἀποδεδειγμένου Ῥουφίνου. καὶ τῷ μὲν φαινομένῳ κοινωνεῖν ἐτάχθησαν ἕτεροι Ρουφίνῳ τῆς κρίσεως, ἐκεῖνος δὲ μόνος εἶχε τῆς ψήφου τὸ κῦρος.
