Liberis nostris inpuberibus, quos in potestate habemus, non solum ita, ut supra diximus, substituere possumus, id est, ut si heredes non extiterint, alius nobis heres sit; sed eo amplius ut, etiamsi heredes nobis extiterint et adhuc inpuberes mortui fuerint, sit iis aliquis heres, uelut hoc modo: TITIVS FILIVS MEVS MIHI HERES ESTO. SI FILIVS MEVS MIHI HERES NON ERIT, SIVE HERES MIHI ERIT ET IS PRIVS MORIATVR QVAM IN SVAM TVTELAM VENERIT, TVNC SEIVS HERES ESTO.
