Changes to the REST API, the MCP server and the Markdown pages.

Version 1, 2 October 2026

  • REST API at /api/v1: 12 endpoints for search, texts, the graded path, stored analyses, context notes and word lookups, described by OpenAPI 3.1.
  • MCP server at /mcp over Streamable HTTP: 6 read-only tools and 3 resource templates.
  • Markdown for every author, work and section page, by .md or Accept: text/markdown.
  • CTS URNs on texts, works and editions, accepted wherever a text is named.
  • These docs, each page also as Markdown.

Version 1 only grows. New optional fields and endpoints may appear; nothing is renamed or removed.
